Let's find the next honest step.
Every founder gets stuck at some point. Rather than sell you expensive advice, my goal is to jump in and start solving your most expensive problems. Deploy me where you need the extra help, and let's keep things moving.
That works in a few shapes. Coaching, a fractional marketing or GTM seat, a project build, or a full-time role. I don't have strong feelings about which one it is. Tell me what you're trying to move and we'll figure out the right arrangement. If you'd rather see the receipts first, they're on the track record.
What I work on
Go-to-Market
ICP definition, outbound systems, cold calling and email frameworks, first sales motion. I've been the first sales rep and managed my own sales teams. I know what it feels like to start from zero with no playbook.
CRM & RevOps
HubSpot implementation, pipeline architecture, contact and company properties, deal stages that mirror your actual sales process. CRM as a strategic tool, not a data graveyard.
Operational Structure
Goal-setting frameworks (GOPT), meeting rhythms, priority systems. Turning chaos into something that can scale, built for how founders actually operate.
Founder Coaching
The harder, less structured work. Thinking traps, narrative gaps, the story you're telling yourself versus what's actually happening. I'm good at this because I've had to do it for myself.
Who this is for
- Founders building to their first million in revenue who have traction but no real motion yet.
- People who are smart and working hard but spinning wheels in a specific place.
- Founders who want a practitioner working alongside them.
- People who can handle honest feedback and want to hear the truth.
- Founders with ADHD or ADHD-adjacent operating styles who need systems that fit their brain.
- Founders looking for fractional support with flexible structures tailored to their needs.
Who this probably isn't for
- Pre-idea or very early pre-revenue (not enough to work with yet).
- Founders looking for someone to validate decisions they've already made.
