Kingsfoil Health. Founded in 2024. Health insurance advisory and HR support for startups and self-employed people. The U.S. benefits system is a maze built to extract value rather than deliver it; Kingsfoil is how I help founders navigate it without getting eaten alive. Named after the healing herb from Lord of the Rings. Yes, on purpose.

Cadence. The system I built to write a company down: one place that holds what a business is, what it's allowed to claim, and where every claim came from, wired into the tools its people already use. It covers GTM, RevOps, cold outbound, operational structure, and leadership. See how it works.

Signal Fire. A weekly reading list I built to replace algorithmic social media. It pulls daily from 37 hand-picked RSS sources, scores each article by a formula I tuned (source trust, category weight, freshness decay, keyword relevance), and publishes the best once a week with a short description and a read time. Nothing repeats. What actually matters, not what got the most clicks.

GOPT Framework. Goal-Objective-Priority-Task. A four-layer execution system for founder-led companies where everything competes for attention and quarterly planning rarely survives contact with reality. Works in Asana, ClickUp, Linear, or whatever you already use. The framework isn't the tool; the thinking is.

AI-Enabled Company Guide. A practical guide to integrating AI into startup operations. Not the hype version; the version for founders who have actual work to do. Covers where AI fits into GTM, RevOps, content, and internal ops, written from real implementation experience.

Groundwork. Generates market-research reports with a source cited on every claim, built to refuse to make things up. When I need to understand a market fast without trusting a black box, I run this.

SEO Machine. A research system that finds what to write and where the real opportunity is, so content targets actual demand instead of a guess.

Muster. Ingests, enriches, and activates lead data for any company, with an AI writer that drafts the cold outreach. The engine behind a go-to-market motion.

Marketing Diagnostic Machine. Thirty diagnostic tools that pressure-test a company's marketing and hand back a plain report on what's working and what isn't.

The Touchstone Project. A project that empowers citizens to give feedback on government institutions and how well they achieve their mission. Also synthesizing a comprehensive understanding of common ground within politics to build a center to society again.

Home Health. A new venture I'm researching: in-home environmental assessments that test for the hazards most houses hide, starting on the Wasatch Front.

Russian. Always keeping my language skills fresh... Russian is much harder than Portuguese or Spanish!

Magic: The Gathering. I grew up playing Yugioh but MTG's clearly a better designed game. I'm having a lot of fun and prefer Commander as my favorite format.

ADHD. Recently diagnosed and continue developing my self awareness on neurodivergence.

Utah Army National Guard. Soldier and Russian linguist. Part-time, but it shapes how I think about commitment, systems, and what it means to be responsible for something.

Family. My wife and kids are everything to me.
