First Post: Why I'm Writing Here
I've been talking about writing publicly for a while. This is me actually doing it.
For years, my writing lived in Claude conversations, coaching notes, and LinkedIn posts. The problem with that is none of it compounds. A LinkedIn post gets engagement for 48 hours and then disappears. Coaching notes stay in Notion. The thinking never gets organized into something someone else can find and use.
This site is the fix for that. Not a content strategy. I don't have one. Just a place to put the things I've been thinking about in a format that lasts longer than an algorithm cycle.
What to expect
I'll write about the things I'm actually working through:
- Building companies: what I learned from a decade of grinding before an exit
- ADHD: getting diagnosed in my late 20s and what that reframed
- Systems: how I think about CRM, operations, and frameworks
- Language: I speak four languages and think about learning constantly
- Fatherhood: because it's the most important thing I do and I'm not going to pretend otherwise
No schedule. Published when something is worth saying.
The honest version
I'm doing this because I need to. The thinking gets better when I write it down. The connections get better when people can find the thinking. And the work gets better when I can point someone to a piece instead of explaining the same thing for the twelfth time.
If something here is useful, good. If something here is wrong, tell me. That's the whole point.
